At RTXMarket, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping times, and related procedures.
1. Order Processing & Handling
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and applicable U.S. holidays.
- Handling/processing time: 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing time begins after the order has been successfully received and payment has been confirmed.
- Orders may require additional processing time if there is an issue with payment, billing information, product availability, or the shipping address.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped:
- Estimated shipping time: 2–3 business days
- Shipping days are Monday through Friday.
- Delivery estimates begin once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of RTXMarket’s control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Estimated Total Delivery Time
For most orders, the estimated total time from order processing to delivery is:
1–2 business days handling + 2–3 business days shipping
Therefore, customers should generally allow approximately 3–5 business days for delivery after placing an order.
These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
RTXMarket is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@rtxmarket.com. We will attempt to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
5. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers may receive a shipping confirmation containing the relevant tracking information.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the order has been shipped.
6. Shipping Delays
Although we work to meet the estimated delivery times above, delivery dates may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Potential causes of delay include:
- Carrier disruptions or delays
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Transportation disruptions
- Unusually high shipping volumes
- Other unforeseen circumstances
A shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or cancellation. If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact our support team so we can review the situation.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at support@rtxmarket.com.
We may request relevant information, including your order number and tracking information, so that the shipment can be investigated.
Customers should also check the delivery address, mailbox, building reception, and other usual delivery locations before reporting a package as missing.
8. Returns and Refunds
RTXMarket accepts eligible returns within 30 days, subject to our Return Policy.
Once an approved return or refund request has been received and processed, the refund processing period is up to 10 business days.
Additional conditions may apply depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product.
